My name is Anne Aurand, and I am one of the two art teachers at North Paulding High School (on the left). This is my 12th year at North, and my 15th year teaching.I received a B.F.A in Art Education from GA State University in 2006 and started teaching that same year, and I earned my master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Columbus State University in 2018.
I am married to my best friend, and we have two children. Our son, Weston, is 11 years old and our daughter, Decklynn, is 6 years old. We also have a German Shepard puppy named Hulk. I am a huge sports fan and you'll catch me cheering on the Falcons, Braves, United, and GA Tech.
I am very easy going, but I do expect A LOT out of my students! Looking forward to a great year!
